Refund policy

At MD Melts and Co, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless otherwise required by law.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase on hand.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at mdmeltsnmore@hotmail.com. Note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds will be only offered if we are not able to fix the issue or if we can not offer a replacement. the shipping cost is not refundable.
